5. Enrollment and your utility

If you choose to enroll in a plan, your local utility continues to deliver your energy, read your meter, and respond to outages and emergencies. Switching your supplier does not interrupt your service. A switch generally takes effect on a future meter read. Depending on your state, you may have a right to cancel a new enrollment within a set number of business days, and early cancellation of some plans may involve a fee charged by the provider.

When you submit your information through our forms or contact us, you authorize Energy Promo and the providers or advisors we work with to contact you by phone, text message, and email at the contact details you provide, including through automated technology, regarding energy plans and related offers.
